I’m not usually a brunch person, but I’m in love with this place. My favorite part about this place is the aesthetics of the restaurant and the vibes it gives. It gave me a nice feeling of being at home and being comfortable with my surroundings. The place was super clean and the service was great.
I ordered their spicy avocado toast with a substitute of tofu instead of eggs and their chicken scoop. Their avocado toast was so tasty! There was some kind of spicy mayo on top of the avocado spread which definitely gave the toast an amazing flavor. Even though I substituted the eggs with tofu, the combination was great and I loved it.
The chicken scoop was the most delicious chicken and waffles I have ever had. The syrup had an interesting savory taste to it– it wasn’t just maple syrup. The chicken was phenomenal with the egg, waffle, and avocado. The combination of their taste just blew my mind away.
Overall, I love this place and would definitely recommend it to my family and friends.

I’ve been to Hatch 44 as well and I agree the environment is very comforting but still fun and playful. The food there is delicious and you gave a good review of it.
